Account Manager - Cebu
Responsibilities
- Hit targets aligned with the business strategies
- Following up new leads which involves researching possible clients, setting meetings, and attending corporate events
- Create a portfolio of new clients won
- Develop and suggest strategic plans for growth of accounts
- Retain and build strong bonds with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Communicate at a senior level with the internal team to provide excellent solutions to the clients
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of the company’s business, offerings, competitors, and industry
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 1 year working in an IT/Engineering field, in the Audio Visual, Security, and Network industry
- A graduate of any degree is okay
- Minimum of 2-3 of job working experience
- Strong customer and communication skills
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate senior level of negotiation with both internal meetings and with clients
- Driven to meet and exceed expectations and targets
