Account Manager - Cebu

Responsibilities

  • Hit targets aligned with the business strategies
  • Following up new leads which involves researching possible clients, setting meetings, and attending corporate events
  • Create a portfolio of new clients won
  • Develop and suggest strategic plans for growth of accounts
  • Retain and build strong bonds with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients
  • Communicate at a senior level with the internal team to provide excellent solutions to the clients
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of the company’s business, offerings, competitors, and industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 1 year working in an IT/Engineering field, in the Audio Visual, Security, and Network industry
  • A graduate of any degree is okay
  • Minimum of 2-3 of job working experience
  • Strong customer and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate senior level of negotiation with both internal meetings and with clients
  • Driven to meet and exceed expectations and targets
