Administrative Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Manage the creation and scheduling of marketing activities
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the team to support efforts in achieving sales targets and outcomes.
- Maintain and update records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use.
- Manage filing systems and ensure all records and documents are accurately maintained and organized.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable tasks to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Support the team in managing financial documents and communications related to client billing and payments.
- Help organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks to ensure team objectives are met efficiently.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and meticulous with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media management tools.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably with experience in sales and administrative tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
