Aftersales Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Hit targets aligned with the business strategies
  • Following up new leads which involves researching possible clients, setting meetings, and attending corporate events
  • Create a portfolio of new clients won
  • Develop and suggest strategic plans for growth of accounts
  • Retain and build strong bonds with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients
  • Communicate at a senior level with the internal team to provide excellent solutions to the clients
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of the company’s business, offerings, competitors, and industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Graduate of Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Competence with video conference and broadcasting systems
  • Expertise in processing control, routing, and audio video signal flow with broadcast software.
  • Understanding AV technologies and IT systems on a technical level
  • Awareness of the latest trends, hardware, and features in AV equipment
  • Interpersonal, delegation, and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to clearly understand to and respond to needs as communicated by other members of the team.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
