Sales Admin
Description
As our Sales Admin, you will be expected to support the sales team with new and established accounts, revising sales strategy and translating leads to revenue. You will be expected to meet and exceed the agreed performance objectives
Responsibilities
• Support Sales Team: Assist with both new and established accounts, and prepare quotations and pricing check with providers.
• Procurement: Work with vendor, get quotations, take care of delivery and after sales support
• Project Monitoring: Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure all stages of the project cycle are completed.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the current AV industry and market trends.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Technology Awareness: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and be willing to learn new ones.
Required Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
• Sales & Business Development: Interest and experience in technical sales and solution delivery.
• Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Audio Visual solutions.
• Education: At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Customer Service: Strong skills in customer service.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Self-Motivation: Highly driven to exceed expectations and targets.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation techniques.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Positive Attitude: Exceptional work ethics and a positive outlook.
• Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
