Service Delivery Manager

The Service Delivery Manager is a client facing role pertaining to post sales / service matters.
The Responsibilities:
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Coordinate with EU and Acct Manager to ensure all Post Sales expectations are in line
- Coordinate with service team and Account Manager to ensure all information is provided. If not all information is provided, he/she will ensure we acquire all information required
- Conduct regular reviews (for key accounts) with end users
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure post sales revenue continue to rise
- Manage service delivery for existing and potential clients; both locally and regionally
- Identify and develop customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Understanding the needs and requirements of clients, and moving to meet those needs proactively
- To actively contribute to the growth of existing clients and the generation of new businesses
- Review and assess customer service contracts
- Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
- Review customer complaints and work with related teams to provide resolutions
- Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
The Requirements:
- The ability to really listen to customers
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in any field.
- Minimally two years of experience in the AV / IT industry
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients
- Ability to write and speak good English
- Positive attitude and incredible work ethic
